And about NPCs with SS and A grade items, it's cool idea. But the prices shouldn't be very high. Of course sealed armor and weapon w/o SA :)

I doubt you will make it!

 

I strongly recommand you to change basis from "retail" to "PVP-PVE" with custom features/npcs/events ,if we want retail we go to official ,and there were plenty of epilogue official retail servers and all failed at some point, even russian and they all failed not to mention urs ,so dont bother to use "retail" becuz lineage 2 is not so alive like it was 2-3 years ago

Also a rate about 50-75x would do fine

I really like the rates. But I don't think champion mobs are good idea. No buffer and no mana potions is good as I said.
