Lf low-mid rates Interlude server

Hello:

 

Im looking for a low-mid rates Interlude server with high population (500+ online at least) with rates around 10-30x and not too old (not more than 4-5 months online). Any ideas?

Currently i do not see any low-mid rate Interlude server, but since the players requested, i'll make one on the features sugested by the players.
