How can i find LoginServerIP, LoginServerPort and ProtocolVersion??

Please, help-me

I am trying to configure the l2walker 10.7.1 in C5 server but I find the following mistake: 

 

15:29:34 Now we will use local verification:o)

15:29:34 Enjoy!

15:29:34 Link LoginServer Succeed.

15:29:35 ->Login LoginServer Fail.

 

I believe that don't have the correct configurations and I would like to know how to get: 

 

LoginServerIP=

LoginServerPort=

ProtocolVersion=
