This called...Anti PvP Drain... Try to farm with full cp and not flagged...its simple..

Also..there was a popup window when you went to that farm zone...

where a list with protections existed... Try... Anti Pk Protection..

Learn to read and understand a server...then try make a comment for him...

 

Also this only one zone..is rly like 2-3 zones...

and if you was able to read...you would see that in the next updates a new Farm Zone will come..
