Oh wow, I misunderstood, well, thats the form of account recovery, I copied it from somewhere, may look like a scam, like everything else, yet I boosted 1 guy already and I posted a proof :)

This is the "recovery form " that riot needs for redeem the account . Anyway i believe its kinda risky this i mean the "elo boosting " if you get caught you will be punished

I'm not THAT MUCH informed about that if someone can get punished, anyway the person to get punished would be only me, not the person that has been boosted. As soon as I know the guys that are in LCS (that have been boosting other ppl accounts)got banned for 12/14 days, not sure for how long and thats all :P

i think and the owner could be punished for sharing his account infos , i am not sure about that but i think its on the rules.

Nah, the owner doesn't get punished, he can share his account to anyone he wants since that's his account + who would know that I'm boosting anyone :P?

From reports.... Anyway people have free will and they can do w/e they want with their accounts , i just said my opinion :)

They need to prove that i'm boosting someone's ELO, without that they cant do shit to me and the owner of the account.

You are right on this , you must have a properly proofs for the reports . Good luck with your services mate but i think you will need "work" cause as i see you are new here as i am and you will get some negative comments such as "scammer " etc.
