Npc buffer special

Hello. I am searching on forum for a NPC  buffer but i want the one that player choose the buff 1 time save them

and the next time he just press 1 button and get the selected buffs. I don't know how to search this thing.

 

Anyone tell me what's the name of this buffer? java buffer? or give me 1 valid link for interlude at least i am glad. thank everyone.

Ok thanks i just wanted to know how it called now ill search it i was searching at client part didn't know it's at codding
