L2phx in l2rapture

hi guys...i m playing in l2 rapture(Interlude) where l2phx 3.1.6 works but the server can t permits to send packets to its...so i tried to send pachets to client but i think that gg or something dont allow this...

any suggestions?? can i change the packets which once are sent to client?(i deal about green packets)
