PlayNC Problem !

well i bought a card before some mins i logged on plaync and when i type the number it says

You can't use the supplied serial code.

 

The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have.

 

 

why it says that! -.-

i contact them but nothing till now also i am in a net .......  first thread is inside lineageii and i dont think they will see it .

then report it to PlayNC that problem, if they don't help i will be crazy OMG!
