hello everyone so here is the thing.

i would like to take one bot progr from a guy but im not sure if its safe...is there any way i can SAFELY scan the rar file before i open it?

or when i open it can i know if any virus/keylogger is "released" in my pc?

It's possible that's just a RAT masked.

If he gave u the link to download, go at https://www.virustotal.com/ and scan it.

Results will be posted after 20 secs max, if it's a small file.

well  its something like a clicker.

but he doesnt give any online download link :-/

Well, what u can do.

If u gona ''take'' and not ''buy'' that program, download http://www.sandboxie.com/ , install it.

 

Get the file on the desktop, click on that ''autoclicker'' with right click and you'll see a option with ''Run With sandboxie'' Or ''Run sandboxied''

 

If you see anything poping up, just delete the file.

 

( Sandboxie is like a virtual driver, you open it in a ''void'' where nothing can escape from there )

Then use a AV, I'd suggest you MBAM/Kaspersky, if u got a good machine.

About Kaspersky, you'll have to find it from a torrent.
