Strider.

I saw a guy on my server, who has mounted/unmounted strider several times and then he was able to attack from strider with lethal hits (every mob, player was for one shot). I saw somewhere also screens with people on striders and with near 60k p. or m.att and about 10k p.def. How is it possible? Macro?

the only thing i know is that when u become a noble u have a few wierd skills but, the only way get 10k p def is whit the skill of noble when u r on wyvern:

Wyvern Aegis – A Noblesse castle lord can temporarily maximize magic defense abilities while riding a wyvern. Consumes 20 Spirit Ore.

 

the skill of  stryder is:

Strider Siege Assault - A Noblesse mounted on a strider can perform this strong attack against the castle wall or castle gate during a siege. Consumes 5 Spirit Ore.

 

may be in yoru server he can use this skill in any time (not just siege) and he kicks any one ass xD

Yes, I've tried only with summon/mount/unmount again and again and again but the only thing that I made was Strider Kage Mane No Jutsu xD Few clones appeard and nothing more...
