Quests to third class.

Quests for rebirth.

Removed unnecessary tables from the database.

The bug allows cheat adena to create a new character.

Fixed error message when you call the community in unsuitable conditions.

Added the ability to set the level of 99 through the admin panel.

Implemented quest for a Dual Class

Added the ability to buy 4yu profession in the community
