Disallow shout under X lvl (40)

I hope somebody can help me. I tried to search it but not fond in share.

 

How can I disallow use shout chat (and trade) under lvl 40?

dont know wich pack you are using.. look under l2j/game/clientpackets and tell me if you can find some .java called say.

 

 

code should look like this:

				activeChar.sendMessage("You cannot shout until you reach level 40");
