Rebirth system has 3 levels :

-1st level gives 5% P.attck , M.atk , P.def , M.def and costs 1000 X Coins

-2nd level gives 7% P.attck , M.atk , P.def , M.def = %5 and costs 25 vote stones

-3rd level gives 12  P.attck , M.atk and 10% P.def , M.def and costs 50 vote stones
