Ban pc problem

Hi guys i want to ask you about a problem i have ... most lineage 2 server use a ban pc programm so they can prevent users that use bot to log in again ... So here is my question  .. the programm they use i think that bans hardware ( if not happy to hear otherwise ) first if anyone knows how they do it i want to pm or post here . Second does anyone know what files they target for the ban or how to undone it ..

generaly if u banned on L2 try to restart your rooter  O0

I said in the post is not IP ban is hardware ban thats why you cant just restart your router

yeah there are some programs that can change your mac address and stuff. use that
