I said in the post is not IP ban is hardware ban thats why you cant just restart your router

Hi guys i want to ask you about a problem i have ... most lineage 2 server use a ban pc programm so they can prevent users that use bot to log in again ... So here is my question .. the programm they use i think that bans hardware ( if not happy to hear otherwise ) first if anyone knows how they do it i want to pm or post here . Second does anyone know what files they target for the ban or how to undone it .. Any ideas are welcome thanks in advane :)
