Anyway, to the point: I can't be sure about what is causing the problem. For me loading times are good enough for a mid-range website (you can't really compare it to facebook/google loading times) and I'm pretty good with it. Did you try any different browser?

Yes from IE And chrome im currently using mozzila. Also its worth to note that i have lag and at quotes.

I doesn't seem to be a forum problem but a server issue, having lag to communicate with you specifically and all of you having the same ip range. I can't really know, because we don't have any access to the server machine but I think it has nothing to do with your account/forum engine at all.
