GX-Ext Which file of the svn files should i edit to make blow skills to have 100% chance so i can add the settings in the IlExt.ini? because when im changing it from the skilldata.txt it just helps -

Can any1 help me creating a website? i already created 1 but is a piece of sh**... u can see http://l2darkrevolution.page.tl ... and how server is new i would like to create a new website. i already downloaded a website created and a list of skins already created too... but i dont know how to put them online and how to make apear that thing saying on-line or off-line server. can any1 make a easy tutorial for me please?
P.S( sorry if already exists another post requesting help )
