WebSite create [Help]

Can any1 help me creating a website? i already created 1 but is a piece of sh**... u can see http://l2darkrevolution.page.tl ... and how server is new i would like to create a new website. i already downloaded a website created and a list of skins already created too... but i dont know how to put them online and how to make apear that thing saying on-line or off-line server. can any1 make a easy tutorial for me please?

u need to order web server put main page on index.html and other as links

I Will Say To U Something Easier Just Go To UCOZ

It Is Very Much Easier To Do It From There....
