[HELP]Make some active skills be passive

Well i want to make some skills passive some like arcane power or vicious soul guard and like all this skills that take mp or hp i want to make them passive so players have all the time their effects and dont take any hp or mp can someone help me do this?

i dont get it? u r admin/gm at some server and u want to do that? or you r just a player at a random server? cause if u r just a player u cant do that as far as i know except your server has some features i never seen before.. could u xplain us better?

Well im admin i have a server and i want make some skills like arcane power or arcane agility passive and dont take hp/mp i tried do it like one friend told me but i had error on gameserver..

See skill Id and put it Id in base of passive skills ( but in real it will come big disbalanse)

It means this skills are not implemented
