Help with l2 buffs

All buff disappear when ppl restart char or i restart server, so how can i fix it???

first of all tell us what pack u are using cause in l2jfrozen there is a config with this option and u can enable it or disable it check your configs.. it must be sayin remove buffs after restart or something like that.... u choose to put true or false
