[REQUEST] Lineage 2 skill browser with filter: show/hide active skills

I need a a website / program where I can viewn Lineage 2 skills and leave active skills out of view.

 

I tried to search before post but couldn't find anything.

 

I also want to know what are the best Passive skills from class 0-2 (Not 3rd class). I don't want toggle skills in the list.

 

Best 0th class for passive skills?

Best 1st class for passive skills?

Best 2nd class for passive skills?

Current fighter setup:

1st: orc shaman : Increased attack / casting speed when using light armor, heavy armor mastery

2nd: tyrant  : Boost attack speed, Agile movement (speed ++ when using light)
