I Nedd some help with Start INT server

Hello. I want make INT server! Why? I'm play l2 about 7 years and about 3 yers it is not even L2 Interlude..... i don.t know how to call this. Servers always Corrupted/DDosed/Admins OFF etc. etc.. Only RU servers are playable. Ok now is the point of this topic.

 

I Want make server Interlude L2Off

Rates x5 but All Grades D C B A S in GM shop

Price for weapons and armor will be balanced (no posible to Owned spots by 1 or 2 clans. We want give a chance to all players this without Clan and this with clan.

SubClass *Only 1 special item to buy from GM SHOP(you need to kill 3 RB's to get this item)

Nobless* You need to kill barakiel NOTHING MORE! barakiel respawn 12h (for more PvP)

3rd Class FULL RETAIL QUEST! with quest reward x3

Skills from 3rd Class Buyable from spellboks/Chants (14 yers old kids wil not give you Vortex etc..) it is security for good players :)

Mana potions Restore 400MP delay 10s (i give 10s resue time becouse Bishop is most important think in PvP i think 10s for resue is good)

Party Exp x2,5

Enchant rate

Safe +4

Max+10

% Normall 55%

% Blessed 70% (drop only from Special Events and Special RB

Blessed scrool drop rate 1/20 drop items: 2

 

For anti fake online Offline shop work only 12H with 6h delay

I want make some good interlude mid pvp server than > Drop on PK chance is: 90%

More than 5 PK in a row Start Event "WANTED" it means that Player with 5 pk in a row is teleported to special zona (cant use TP/Party) And Players can try to kill Him Reward 2KK+1KK AA Teleport/SOE/Bsoe/Party is not allowed in this event Event time 5min.

 

Ok now I dont know L2off and L2java im Looking for Admins developers but look down!!

Only PPL who have more than 500 post in MXC forum

Only PPL who have good experince with L2Off files

ON PM tell me your servers which you created ago.

Only PPL with more than 18+ (You need to proof this with scan ID or smth) why? I want to pay to developers and admins than you need to have 18+!

1x Admin (Only to speak with players in Game) Cant recall cant give items etc... just talk! 10Euro each month

1x Webmaster I want good template 25 Euro fro make me website and 10Euro each month for maintance

1x GM Event I want good event not like pit hats in some town and player need to look for them! 10*Euro each month

 

And now i have a question!

How much i will pay for all each month? i need to know how much money i need:D

20 euro? really? i think is too high price..

you ask only to do a server from 0 because you don't know how to do nothing

20 euro is too much lowered to 10 is more fair

i feel good today i will give to you everything machine + ddos protection + all you need for 5 euro but you have to bring them at my home..
