Gracia Final OFF server ping 9999

I made L2 Off Gracia Final 32bit server with datapack from this forum

 

the server run perfectly but when im trying to log in with the client the traffic was light but the ping 9999 and it didn't log in

lin2db.dbo.server

 

If you can't setup by guide - it's going to be hard to run a l2off server.

 

Especially a C1 smeli base.
