Help with router ip!!

Hi guys i have a router and i want to put the right ips at the Configs ..and i dont wich one to use....

no-ip--->freakin.no-ip.biz

ROUTER IP ADDRESS--->192.168.1.1

DHCP IP ADDRESS---->192.168.1.2(I dont whats that....at the cmd/ipconfig is the ip address(it says DHCP Server near this ip..)

I have opened ports--->7777 TCP/UDP , 9014 TCP/UDP , 2106 TCP/UDP at ip 192.168.1.2(i dont if the ip i put is right)

Preferred DNS Server :193.92.150.3(I dont know what is this..)

Alternate DNS Server :194.219.227.2(I dont know what is this..)

Subnet Mask :255.255.255.255

SNMP Agent--->Disabled

SRA---->Disabled

PPTP :Enable

IPSec (VPN Passthrough):Disabled

RTSP (Online Video Streaming) :Disabled

Windows/MSN Messenger :Enable

FTP :Enable

H.323 (Video Conferencing) :Enable

SIP :[H.323: Enable

MMS:Disabled

H.323 PORT---->Disabled

VOIP(SIP):Disabled

 

What i have to do for other ppl can connect to my server???I can connect to my server with local ip but with my no-ip i cant..

well first of all yopu have to create no-ip and then activate your no-ip from No-IP Programm. Then you have to change from login proeprties ip's (1st is 192.168.1.1 and the second is no-ip) you have also do the same to gameserver ==>server proeprties. then open your l2.ini with L2 File Edit and edit the IpAdresse and save it in version

damn u guys u dont read what i wrote?????i have opened ports:7777 TCP/UDP , 9014 TCP/UDP , 2106 TCP/UDP at ip 192.168.1.2 and i have No-IP also!!!but they still cant login to my server ....
