L2OFF Interlude server problem

Hi there,

I made a l2off interlude server and when i'm trying to connect server is light but ping 9999. Anyone know something about it? How can i fix it?

Sorry if there was another topic about it but didnt found for l2off , only for l2j. thx

btw ... i forgot to say that : I've tryed on interlude and hb ... and same ping.

Can it be cause of 4GB RAM? or cause of winXP SP2 64bits ?
