Ebay Problem

So today i got my new debit card,i activated and tried to buy something from ebay.When i went to paypal site in order to pay and choosed pay as payapl guest,while trying to buy the item this error appeared: You have entered an invalid number or partial credit card or debit card number. Please check your entry and try again.

 

Also just to mention item costs 38 euros and card got 40 euros inside.

Try to pay via a paypal account and link your card not as guest, you can do it and in your main paypal account
