Gladiator issues !

I have been playing for a while on a server mostly pvp server and i have been having troubles killing daggers .

I am playing a duelist that has +6 elegia full set with attrybutes and =8 weapon that has earth attrybute ( for you to know , max enchant for server is +10) . My skills for example triple sonic slash is +17duel (pretty good for the server) and duelist spirit +15  duel power and the triple sonic slash i do is roughly about to 900-1200 dmg with full force lv 8 !! Even if the dagger had 3,5k p def it wouldnt be logic to hit for that kind of dmg because my p attack is 4,3k and i use +5 str +4con -9 dex . Can someone explain this to me ? How the ... this happens ? :o ???

use skills on your element    search for 1 augument pasive  pvp duel might  hmm  vs dagers  i use  disarm  and all 2 aoe skils  never use tss cause of  theyr super evasion    i use tss only  when they dont have ue /  ghost walking etc  hmm what  else // i dont know  maybe admin of that srv nerfed  duelists

AOE skills are already on my element enchantment route , which is making it even more frustrating . I have augment duel might lvl 10 but the admin of the server nerfed it so the damage is exactly the same (tested many times ) . I dont know if he have nerfed the duelists because other duelists well 3-4 of them are killing them with ease ! Any other ideas would be really appreciated
