buff messages

I use an edited system file whit the buff messages on screen its nice :) check it out if you like  (

)

 

now i like to change the position and the name of the buff messages.

but how?

 

i know how to edit the system messages whit <l2lige> but the buff,s are not in there.

 

i used search but find any good info (mostly dead links)

 

can anyone help me out a bid?
