Hello guys.I bought headphones and I'm waiting more than 15 days,the seller told me i have to wait 10 days,and the question is:If I dispute is it possible to get my money back in paypal?Cuz I smell scam...Thank you.

say that your product didn't arrive after 15 days that you bought it , and your seller doesnt answer to your question within 1 day you will have money back

 

p.s i believe paypal should make huge changes or a new more massive and better network for online payments to open
