it depends on the server you are playing

eu,na,asia

play on the eu east servers

still there are servers

or it's valve's fault

or you have something downloading in bg

 

try to restart steam and this happens all the time?

also is because of your connection is rly poor

i restarted and now i have 75 ms which is ok for me.but what if lag comes back ?

the problem is his speed.there is no problem he asked why he had high ping i gave him a solution it worked.but he asks what if it comes back so i told him to change his connection to 5.6 mbps which is basic for online games.
