Playstatio 3 games on your PC . Help

Hi guys

A have see videos in the youtube for to How you can play playstation 3 games in your PC

When i see some peoples has downloading games (etc. God Of War 3) , and they has playing normal , i Jump  because i want to play one day playstation 3 games , but i don't have it.

I try to download any game in my computer but nothing its working

it's supposed to be ps3 emulator,that means you play ps3 games on your pc with the amulator but you need good hardware for good performances
