{HELP}Clan crest

I made a clan crest with painting programm and i made it 16x12 pixels with Irfanview program also i made it with 256 colours but when im searching for the crest from the l2 it isnt there...Any1 knows what i should do??

Did you save it as 256 colours  .BMP file?

Do it again! Maybe you are doing something wrong. Are you sure that you cant find the crest? Dont know really.

place it in main directory, make sure it is closed when u upload it.. no other ideas

Open it with this program and save it,it will work 100%.
