[HELP] With ports!

Hi guys i just put new router D-Link DSL2640B and which ports(UDP and TCP) exactly i have to open???When i go to open ports it asks me and for ip address.Look here:

The ip i will choose will be and my external ip of my server???

TCP+UDP 2106

TCP+UDP 2009

TCP+UDP 80

TCP+UDP 53

TCP+UDP 9014

TCP+UDP 3306

 

It´s all ports what i know.

You need open for l2 server , thats port 7777 UDP and TCP , 2106 UDP and TCP , and for website open port 80 TCP Only

aw and i dont have a site remove the ports that are for a site and tell me plz 3306 is for what??

lol 3306 is for nothing , me have router and i have only opens this port (7777 , 2106 )
