Ok first of all this is not a hack,it's just a trick...A batch related trick.

 

How to find a website's ip

 

1.Run cmd and type tracert [website here] without the [] and press Enter.

2.It will start processing the website adress,once it's done get the last ip.

3.Go here,paste the ip and press the "Track IP,host or website" button.

 

How to Phish someone's ip

 

1.Go here.

2.Give your e-mail and press the "give link" button.

3.You'll get three links choose one of them and send it to your vitctim(s).

4.When your victim clicks the harmless looking link,you will receive a mail with his/her ip at the e-mail you gave.

 

If you want to find his/her location,repeat the third step of the first guide

You can't find someone's location like that , you will find the Internet provider's one.
