Μπορεί να έχεις στα config σου στο altsettings.properties αυτό

#Allow player create clan without checking for unique quest items.

AltCreateClanWithoutQuests = False ----> Βάλε True

 

Δεν ξέρω αν το έχεις σίγουρα. Αυτό μου το έχει πει ο DreamCreatoR.!

 

Edit: Μπορείς βέβαια και να κάνεις Reload all Quests!
