[help]I want open GmServer and i have problem with access

Hello guys.

i want open a gmserver

and i have problem with the access

 

when i make like this at config

and i have already fix the access from database!(l2jfrozen pack)

they haven't access to make something.

how can i fix it!?

I Dont Know But If You Want To Open a gm server you need to make a other access level for "gms" because if all players have all priveleges they can crash your server by spawn 1000  Valakas In Giran :/
