[Help] Community Board lock when many time click links [interlude]

Hi,

1. I have problem with community board.

When i click fast on any link few times, client is lock for 10 seconds about. Where can i change this lock time for community board. It is some kind of flood protection or sth. Maybe exists some methods in gameserver core what unlock this limit for community board?

 

2. How to open community board from java code for (L2PcInstance activeChar)?

 

3. Is possible to remove/add community board tabs??
