not sure if scammer or just incoherent (he's asking for money before to give the account) but this is what he PMed to me:

then i said no, and suggested to give him evidence via paypal receipt of my past trades (over 1000$ with countless links to prove the positive outcome of any single trade) and this was the answer:

i don't say this is evidence, but it may be at least a clue....i suggest to pay attention with this guy

I'm a novice to this forum, that's true, but I'm not stupid and had to deal with scammers several times, hope I've been useful ^^
