+i wanna overclock the cpu to 4.0Ghz . will this system be supported by 420Watts? only people who know answer pls. dont want smartasses

Probably not ... a 600W will do his job fine though ;)

a 550 could do this too i think  or even 500 but you have to clock it down a bit i think
