Hi all i dont know if this the right site for this topic

buth i need some help with this

 

can somebody help me what i need to do with this line in 3ds MAx 2011 ActorX

how do i fix this what do i need to do if  anyone can help me plzz

 

dont know what to do now i have downloaden a 3ds. character from a site and i wil get this in my server
