[HELP] How to create a new armor set?

So, my problem is I'm using L2jFrozen interlude emulator, and if I create a new armor set I don't get the set skills if I wear all the armor parts. What's the problem? Am I need do anything more than write the armor parts' id and the skill inside the armorsets table? Please help me.

1: Did you have skill in XML

2: make sure slots match ID types (like chest slot should have chest id, head slot should have helmet id, etc)

3: Make sure that skill ID is the same as in XML

Thx for helping. There was an .csv file in the data folder called armorsets.csv. I wrote inside the same as I write in the SQL and now my problem is solved.
