Critical Error ???

Hi, i wanted to mod doom shield, i did everything fine ( following all steps written at forum ) , then i put the file in folder systextures , log in, select the server i wish to play at and CriticalError...

The .dds file : http://rapidshare.com/files/113708889/doom_shield_t00_sh.copy.dds  ( rename -> delete ".copy" ) , you can test it if you want :S to see if the problem is at me. Please help  ::)
