L2p Country Block

Hello,

 

well im trying to remove the Country Block from some L2p packs/source's...

There is somewhere a Block for other county "System's", only Russian work's, and the Russian System only work on an PC Configurated to Russian...

 

Do someone know's where i can find this sh1t block? :s
