[Help] Swain

Hello summoners. Just bough this hero because in my eyes seems to be really good AP. What i was looking here is Best build/gameplay for him. On what details i should pay attention in game with him,what champions are his weakness and why, masteries/Runes etc etc. And more please. Everything that would help me just write here. I always played AP hero since i started LoL (before 2 months),Veigar/Karthus.

Build: sorcerers-shoes, rod-of-ages, rabadon's deathcap ,void staff,rylais-crystal-scepter and finally you can take zhonyas-hourglass.
