What resolution is this for?

Body elements are too big.

The text is way too big and much too complicated. Over-effected. Too much crap on the text layers.

Don't use crazy outer glow on body elements.

Don't use obnoxiously repeating patterns for backgrounds

Use guides (in photoshop, not guides you find on how to do things)

Think and plan in advance, on how to set and place things, how the structure shall look, thats half the work done

Don't use such disturbing and complicated fonts.

Think about complementing colors and the overall color-scheme you want to have within the website

 

Scale things down, you think too huge.

But it's okay, that's VERY normal and common for beginners.
