[Quest] how set admin char ?

hi, how to set character admin status ... whenever ACCESS_LEVEL set (in character) 1, or 127, or 255 .... when i log char..have white nick and have "1" but,i use //admin ..changes to 0

As i understood, you add access and nothing happens but can use gm commands?
