Need Help in Identifying Protocol Version

Hi guys... can somebody  kind enough to answer this question?

 

How can you know the protocol version of a client? is there a way to edit it? sorry for my bad english.

 

what will happen if you are using a different protocol version?

Well i asked almost the same question b4 a year ago.. Here the answer about what will happen.

If You have Your own server: change protocol revision in server *.properties file.

If You dont have Your own server: You can try to use Freya system folder on Your EPI client.

 

But in both cases, even if You will be able to connect, You will not see items, locations, mobs etc. You need animations, textures, effects etc files.
