need to make video

i need to make a video of siege at least 10 minutes and upload it on video.google , but when i use fraps/camtasia i get size like 500 MB peer 1 minute , any ideas how to configure it or what to do to make the size  10 min - 90 mb?

frap all the video, assuming u have space on ur Hdd, and then use some program like vegas to compress it, thats what i do

well i know now , i used fraps and after i finished recording , i opened the video with windows movie maker and "save as" that reduced the size from 250 mb to 6,5 mb but i was so mad at myself, i recorded whole siege "atleast i thought i did" i was using fraps demo version (in demo u can only record 30 sec) LOL

Anyway don't use windows movie maker.The resolution sucks!
