The 1st one could be for shares/guides etc.

The 2nd one is like, "i like ur post, nice joke, +1", w/o reasons for award or anything. Like fame or smth, saw it in many forums tho.

 

For example, Raule is trolling, successful, take +1. He could even get +50 from 1 post etc. What do you think?
