Download Mozilla  Firefox

Download Imacros for mozilla: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/imacros-for-firefox

Now this is important, there imacros for google chrome too but the script doesnt work properly, thats why i said Mozilla.

After you installed it up you should have something like this

Click record&stop then edit the #current.itm

Now edit it with my simple script i made

Put much sites , like 20-30 sites and random waiting seconds but not less than 10 seconds! Like this you will not get banned.

When you bored as hell you could click some add to make it looks legit.
